Unit 2
- Motivation, Mental Load, and Focus – How to boost motivation and mental load for high productivity and performance.
Unit 3
- Procrastination and Stress Management – Applying techniques to overcome procrastination and manage our stress.
Unit 4
- The Human Biology and Energy – Understanding our harnessed human biology for optimal energy and performance.
Unit 5
- Prioritise and Time Management – Mastering prioritisation and time management for focused energy.
Unit 6
- Work-Life Integration and Habit Management – Improving our work-life balance with habits and boundaries.
