Microsoft OneNote

These days the secret to business success often lies in teams being able to work together without being together. With technology working for you, you and your team can find key project information in one place and collaborate in a way that’s flexible and effortless.

On completion of this course, you should be able to:

  • Create, edit, organise and enhance notes
  • Integrate your notes with other applications
  • Use Microsoft OneNote strategically

Who is this Microsoft OneNote Course for?

This course is designed for individuals’ who want to use a program for taking notes and, use automated tools in note-taking, that organises and cohesively manages their notes.

Students should be comfortable in the Windows environment and be able to use Windows to manage information on their computers. Specifically, they should be able to launch and close programs; navigate to information stored on the computer; and manage files and folders.

How will this course benefit me or my business?

The key to success lies in the ability of teams to work together without the constraint of being together. Whether the challenge is virtual teams where geography is the issue, or just the reality that team schedules do not line up to allow us to meet, we must be able to overcome this constraint. Now it is possible to collaborate in a way that maximises flexibility and minimises the places you need to look to find key information or data. Find everything you need for a specific project or subject in a OneNote book, not your traditional notebook.
